What is Occupational Therapy & What Does It Mean for My Child?
South Florida Occupational Therapy provides individualized support to help children build the skills they need to participate with greater ease in daily routines at home and at school. We’ll start with an evaluation to understand your child’s strengths, emerging skills, and any areas where support may be helpful throughout their day. From there, I develop goals and activities that are meaningful, functional, and connected to your child’s everyday environments.
Because services take place in your child’s natural settings, therapy supports participation where it matters most. I use a top-down, relationship-centered approach that helps your child develop the motor, play, and regulation skills needed to engage confidently in learning and daily activities.
